These terms of sale apply to all transactions between any person proposing or inquiring to purchase any goods from Alex Lind Flooring Supplies or purchasing or ordering any goods from Alex Lind Flooring Supplies (the Buyer) and Alex Lind Flooring Supplies, including all quotations, offers, orders or sales.
